Do you have a stressful lifestyle, with regular migraines, sore legs, neck and back pain? Is there any powerful technique that understands they are all interconnected, thus treating them as a whole?
The answer is Reflexology.
Reflexology is more than just a foot massage. It is a gentle, relaxing, natural, holistic therapy that can deal with many physical, mental and emotional imbalances.
Also known as ‘zone therapy’, reflexology uses pressure and massage techniques on specific reflex points. It ultimately activates the innate intelligence of the body to repair itself.
In general, reflexology treatment focuses on reflex points of the body (mainly feet) using unique micro-movements, such as thumb or finger walking in order to create a response throughout the body.
Your therapist will first relax the feet with gentle massage and then work on these reflex points using specific techniques. Reflexology is not meant to hurt nor tickle, so we will make sure to apply the right pressure on these areas to get optimum results.
Treatments usually last for 25 to 50 minutes. Depending on the condition, a follow-up session within a week may be required to ensure the body is still supporting the healing process.
Reflexology is suitable to people of all ages and can help treat a wide variety of conditions such as: (create two or three columns, depending on the layout)
